So you want to be affiliates/link exchanges with Forsaken Serenity? Great! All that's required is a notification. Nobody likes to do that, yes, I do know about that. Remember to allow up to 1-2 days for us to return to you.
Rules for affiliate:
Affiliation has thirteen positions left.
- Do not have any offensive sites like promotion of violence, hentai/porn, racism or etc. PG-13.
- You do not need a link button to become an affiliate.
- This is shameful to even be put here...! Please have a reasonable name. An online nickname is fine. Try to avoid StIcKy CaPs, unnecessary characters like X's and numbers, names of characters (ex. Rukia Kuchiki), or titles (ex. FullMetal Alchemist Edward Elric). If we find it unreasonable or offensive, we will have to modify it... To make sure you've read the rules, write "aishiteru" after your name.
- We don't have to accept. Don't put spam us if you get rejected.
- Your site & content should be somewhat similar to our content (anime, J-music, etc.). For example, we don't want a Dolphin Association affiliated with us, because of the large difference between the two subjects.
- We must know you in some way. Keep in contact with us, please.
- Please keep in contact with us at least once every two weeks. If you will not be in contact due to school, a vacation, camp, etc., then you must tell me beforehand or at least on your site! Otherwise I will remove you as an affiliate.
- You should at least have a decent knowledge of HTML and exceptionally good in graphics.
- You must not have a website hosted on a freeserver such as piczo.com, freewebs.com, etc., unless you think that your skills are exceptionally good.
- I also don't want to accept websites who hide that they are a freeserver with extensions such as .tk, .co.nr, etc.
- If you have not been accepted, we will let you know and the reason behind it. Obviously.
Expectations for affiliate:
Okay, so I have higher expectations than before regarding affiliates. Before, I was willing to accept anyone who applied. Not anymore. It's exceptionally hard to become affiliates now. Good luck applying anyways!
- Despite the fact that I have a few affiliates who use selective coloring, I will not accept any more affiliates who base their site on SC graphics. I'm not a hypocrite. That was the past, and I liked it in the past. Now is the present, and I no longer enjoy SC. This means no cyan-and-bright-red graphics on your site!
- Hint: I really like vectors and wallpaper sites. If you don't have vectors or good wallpapers (that you'd think I'd use), chances are that I won't accept you. Tough luck getting accepted if you don't!
- Here, "Spectral Creations", is a site I really enjoy visiting. And you can see that she has no vectors. Her designs and blending skills are lovely. If you think your skills match hers, then go apply.
- This is NOT an expectation. The above two rules were only made because I'm a really harsh person who doesn't just accept anybody. I really don't like hurting people's feelings, but it's for the best.
- I don't like affiliates who don't update within at least one to two months. I like active affiliates who are willing to work hard on their site... Just like I do. My entire life is grephic designing. Yes, I'm a no-lifer...

- We will always accept a link exchange. Don't be afraid to apply.
- Your site can be any kind of site. But we must approve of the content first.
- We must know you in some way. Keep in contact with us, please.
- No need to worry about graphic skills! Kioku will always accept a link exchange, as long as you've read the rules.
